Invited Design Competition 2016

The idea of the project is to configure a real “two faces” architecture and in particular:

- a front street aligned facade with an urban homogeneous treatment,  a typically Parisian facade using a sober vocabulary

- as a counterpoint, a more fragmented and deconstructed courtyard façade on the south, characterized by wide terraces, recessing as one moves up the floor levels in a cascading pattern and in visual extension with the mature trees and  green garden on the adjoining plot.
