International Architecture Competition 2017
The building is designed as an “interface” between the two “geographies” of the site, a very urban dense area to the east, a wooded area following the river bed to the west.
It is a “two-faced” architecture, which depicts the transition between “city” and “nature”, between “built” and “planted”. The “monumental and urban” image of the building to the East giving way to nature as one approaches the river to the west.
